At Managed by Amrit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable).
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. Please contact us to request an exchange.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
